With purchase you will get one year support and theme update free. Free support and theme update are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required to get automatic updates and support for purchased product(s). After one year your product will continue working, but you won’t get technical assistance. To continue getting support and updates next year you need to renew your license with 50% discount of the current price.
License holders cannot distribute, freely giveaway, or resell their license key. The license key is only transferable by contacting us and requesting an official transfer of the license to a new owner. The license is intended to be used on the license holders web site(s). Client’s site usage is permitted in situations where the license holder maintains an ongoing relationship with the client as a consultant. Providing AsiaThemes as a service or providing AsiaThemes as part of a web hosting solution does not constitute an ongoing client/consultant relationship under these terms.
2. AUTOMATIC UPDATES

Automatic Updates are available to customers in accordance with the license they have purchased. A Personal site license provides automatic upgrades for a single site, A Business license provides automatic upgrades for up to 5 sites and a Developer license provides automatic upgrades for unlimited sites owned by you or your clients. You may not share or resell your license key.
Updates are provided for a term of one year from the time of purchase. After one year you must renew your license key in order to continue receiving support and product updates.
3. SUPPORT
AsiaThemes offers WordPressThemes and plugins “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like or will be compatible with all 3rd party components and Themes and plugins.Support is offered via a license key. Purchasing a license key / any product or theme gives you access to our documentation and you can contact to our support before and after purchase in both condition, For support ways, please visit https://asiathemes.com/support/. Support and automatic product updates are provided for a term of one year from the time of purchase. After one year you must renew your license key in order to continue receiving support and product updates. Only the license holder is permitted to request support or access support resources. License holders are not permitted to re-post support content or documentation on any external websites, social media outlets, etc. Posting screen captures of this content is also prohibited. Violation will be grounds for immediate termination of the support license and all access to support content and product updates will be discontinued.
4. REFUND POLICY
We will be happy to consider a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase. Before a refund will be given, you must allow us to assist and help solve any problem you have by opening a support ticket. No refunds will be given after 30 days from the initial purchase. Refund also will not be granted If you simply decide not to use the product or buy the product accidentally.
5. DELIVERY
After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with the download link and the license key. This may take up to one hour to arrive, but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us. You may then login to AsiaThemes.com to receive support, if you use the email address you used to purchase the plugin you will have instant access to all support related material.
6. OWNERSHIP

All coding work is done from scratch and all of our themes are coded as per WordPress coding standards (https://codex.wordpress.org/wordpress_Coding_Standards) Images on all of our themes are from Flickr commercial usage allowed or Pixabay.com GPL V2 or Later compliant. However we cannot guarantee for the Copyright of these images since they come from third party source. We sell themes and not images and their usage on our website is for demo purposes only. Any image found copyright protected should be either purchased or given due credit to the owner.
All site content, including imagery and documentation that is published on AsiaThemes.com is the property of AsiaThemes. Any replicated site content must be authorized in advanced.
