There are many a section(s) on front page slider , services , contact collout , gallery ,testimonial , blog between header and footer.
If you want to hide any section then you can drag and drop that section directoly in disable section [2], show sections will be in enable area[1]
In last there are two text boxes enable and disable , here you can type section name directoly for enable and disable.
