If you will add your own slides in your theme , then slide(s) list will be show here. [2]
From here you can :
In List if you will hover on any slide, You will get following options. [3]
1. Edit Slide : If you will hover on any slide in list, you will get edit option edit, by clicking on that you will be on edit slide page, from there you can edit slide info like featured image, Slide title Description etc...
2. Quick Edit : By Quick edit you can edit some most information(s) like slider Title , Slug , Status etc...
3. View : View Option is for view your slide. If you want to see your slider with your matter like Title , Slug etc... you can use this option.
4. Trash : Trash option is use for delete slide.
Bulk Actions : [4] : You have all slide list in below given image [2] , if you want to take bulk action on one or more then one slide(s) , you can mark and select Your bulk action like delete etc...
** If you want to add a new slide you can click on Add new slide option. [5]
